To those who joined us for a night of music from the Red Water Trio on May 21. With your help and a matching grant from International Relief Teams, we were able to raise $5000 toward rebuilding the HEBS.

On March 2, 2016 SherpaCares hosted a fundraiser at the Seattle Hilton and raised almost $150,000 toward rebuilding the Himalayan English Boarding School.

Both presenters, Ed and Dawa, were close friends of Seattle-based climber Scott Fischer, who perished in the 1996 Everest disaster, and to whom the Himalayan English Boarding School will be dedicated.
